Two Ways In
Different starting points. Same production systems on the other side.
Invest
You're writing a check into a company that already ships.
Partner
You're bringing clients, integrations, or delivery capacity — not capital.
Partner Types
Pick whichever matches how you already operate — or ask about a shape that isn't listed here.
Technology & Integration
You build or resell a platform that could plug into what we ship.
Delivery & Implementation
You run an agency or practice and want a build team behind you.
Traction
A platform business hiding inside a services business
Six products built for clients now run as reusable systems — the same engine keeps shipping the next one faster.
Zero missed deadlines across every engagement so far
Fixed-price pilots and a small senior team mean commitments get kept — details available under NDA.
One build team, three sectors, no handoffs
Government, enterprise, and startup work all run through the same delivery process — nothing gets reinvented per client.
Common questions
We're open across pre-seed through Series A, and flexible on size — what matters more is fit with the sectors we already build for.
A short conversation on what you're bringing — clients, integrations, or delivery capacity — and where it could plug in. If there's a fit, we scope terms before any work begins.
Not by default. Partnerships are typically revenue share or fee splits; equity only comes up for deeper strategic or delivery arrangements, and always by mutual agreement.
It depends on the arrangement — referral fees and reseller margins are agreed case by case, before any client work starts, so there's no ambiguity later.
Yes. Board or advisor involvement is welcome but never required — plenty of our conversations are with investors who'd rather stay hands-off.
