Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Laravel Fullstack Developer who excels in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Laravel, combined with proficiency in front-end technologies such as jQuery, Vue.js, and Livewire. This role demands a developer with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and a passion for delivering high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Laravel on the backend and Vue.js, Livewire, and jQuery on the frontend.
  • API Development: Create and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party services and internal systems.
  • Database Management: Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing queries for performance.
  • UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Code Review & Testing: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews. Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure code quality.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues and bugs, demonstrating strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, with a focus on efficient use of resources.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and application architecture.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Laravel, Vue.js, Livewire, and related technologies. Share knowledge and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Laravel development.
  • Frontend Proficiency: Strong experience with jQuery, Vue.js, and Livewire for building dynamic, responsive interfaces.
  • Backend Expertise: Deep understanding of PHP, Laravel, MVC, and HMVC architecture.
  • Database Skills: Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL, including complex queries and database optimization.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
  • API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Livewire and Alpine.js is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
  • Knowledge of Docker or other containerization technologies.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
